Presenting Tsuyu-chan

This week is one of debuts for Shinmachi, and we're so excited to celebrate the progress two of our hikikomi kamuro have made in their studies. Umeko-chan, plum blossom child, will be debuting this Saturday, June 8th, at 5pm slt as a furisode shinzo. And, next Thursday at 5pm slt, Liang-chan will debut as a furi-shin as well!

Last night, in a private ceremony open only to sisters, Liang-chan learned her new furisode shinzo name: Tsuyu. Translating as "Plum Rain," Tsuyu-chan was so named because of the beauty which comes from the summer rain in Japan. Please enjoy a couple of pictures from this event:

The last time we will see Tsuyu-chan in kamuro hair.

In a week, she will be a furisode!
